IS THE TRICKY TREATS DESIGNED FOR INDOOR AND OUTDOOR USE?

Yes the Tricky Treat is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Tricky Treats is UV stabilized and the cover is designed to resist water. If used outside we recommend installing undercover out of direct weather.

DO I NEED A POWER OUTLET TO RUN MY TRICKY TREATS?

No. Tricky Treats was designed so you don’t need a power outlet. It runs on 4 AA Batteries.

DO I NEED TO RESET THE TIMER EVERY DAY?

No it will keep the settings from the previous day.

WHAT COLOUR IS TRICKY TREATS AVAILABLE IN?

Initially Tricky Treats will be available in white. We’d love to offer a more diverse colour range in the future.

IS TRICKY TREATS AVAILABLE ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD?

As we live in Australia we have decided to release Tricky Treats here first. We intend to release Tricky Treats internationally later this year.

WHEN WILL THE TRICKY TREATS BE DELIVERED?

The first Tricky Treats will be delivered in Australia in December 2016.

HOW DOES TRICKY TREATS WORK WITH TWO DOGS?

It’s simple! Just set two Tricky Treats in different parts of the back yard or house for the same time, calling different names!
